fly Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Meguro-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and CEO: Hiroki Funatsu, hereinafter referred to as “fly”) and EnterTech Co., Ltd.
Lab (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Kosuke Ban, hereinafter referred to as “ETL”) is pleased to announce that they have entered into a business partnership and that Ban from ETL will become the CTO of fly as of June 1, 2024. .

We will add ETL application/system development technology and drone automatic operation system development technology to fly’s consulting capabilities, which have a wealth of drone expertise and operational know-how. This will enable us to provide all-in-one services for drone business implementation, including system development. *

Until now, Fly Co., Ltd. has provided business DX services using drones, such as joint projects to launch new businesses using drones, and implementation/operation consulting, to a large number of clients. As we have been working on a number of projects, we have received an increasing number of requests such as “Can we develop a unique system to automate operations?” and “We would like to add added value by integrating drones into our products.”
Ban, who is newly appointed as CTO, is a colleague who has been working with us for several years as a leader in the development field of the projects we are promoting.
From now on, as CTO, I will lead technology development at fly by leveraging my extensive experience and technical capabilities in promoting business DX projects. This allows us to develop drone operation automation systems for our customers’ businesses, develop drone integration into our customers’ businesses and products, and provide consulting related to their operations.

Kosuke Ban
Graduated from Fukui National College of Technology, Department of Electronics and Information Engineering, and Fukui University, Faculty of Engineering. Experienced business launch as a development manager at several startup companies. EnterTech Co., Ltd. in 2018
Founded Lab and started in-house services, software contract development, and DX/IT consulting business. He has been promoting business DX projects mainly in the manufacturing industry, developing business systems that utilize the latest technologies such as AI, RPA, and robotics, and integrating them with core systems. Also, since 2019, he has been involved in the development of automatic drone operation systems, and from June 2024, he became CTO of fly Inc. * [Comment from Hiroki Funatsu, Representative Director and CEO of fly Inc.] * Ban’s appointment as CTO is a strategic decision to bring together the know-how and technical capabilities of both companies and further improve services. For over 10 years, Ban has been involved in app and system development, promotion of business DX projects within operating companies, and development of automatic operation systems for drones and robotics. Up until now, we have collaborated in the form of project participation, but now that we need a larger-scale development system, we have decided to form this partnership in order to leverage our extensive experience and expertise to lead fly’s technology development.
