In the rent market for restaurant properties by station in the second half of 2023, the station with the highest unit price per tsubo was Omotesando. Omotesando has always been at the top of the station rent rankings, and has significantly improved its ranking from 2nd place in the first half of 2023. In addition, the top 10 is dominated by popular areas inside the Yamanote Line, where land prices are high. Compared to the first half of FY2011, the number of listed properties has generally increased and the price per tsubo has also increased, but there are some stations in the TOP 10 where the price per tsubo has decreased. It is thought that the number of affordable properties with low unit prices, which were few in the first half, is increasing even in popular areas.
