In this project, the business operator will carry out work such as design and construction of this facility, and carry out maintenance, management and operation work until the end of the project period specified in the basic contract. This will be carried out using the bulk business ordering method (DBO method).
Shimane Susanoo Magic is one of the best professional basketball teams in Japan, frequently advancing to championships. The team uses the Matsue City General Gymnasium as its home arena and is a source of pride for the citizens of Matsue. With the hope that Shimane Susanoo Magic will continue to play an active role in the new B.LEAGUE, which will begin in 2026, with Matsue City as its base, Matsue City is recruiting businesses to renovate the existing arena.
The selection of the preferential negotiation rights holder was made possible because of our group’s concept of making the most of existing real estate and making the best use of it, as well as our proposal based on our knowledge of the sports business.
By implementing these plans, we hope to make the current Matsue City General Gymnasium an even more attractive gymnasium. A physical education facility where citizens can enjoy sports. To become an arena where you can enjoy the charm and excitement of entertainment such as professional sports. We envision it becoming a sustainable space for interaction that will lead to new encounters and revitalize the region.
