Mikihiko Hisanaga’s “Our Monster” won the 55th Nebula Award [Japanese short story category], and “Sougen SF Bunko General Commentary” won the [nonfiction category]!

The 55th Nebula Award was announced, and “Our Monster” (included in the Sogen Japanese SF series “Our Monster”) won the [Japanese short story category] in the “Sogen SF Bunko General” edited by Tokyo Sogensha Editorial Department. “Commentary” won the “Non-Fiction Category” award.
This is the first time that Tokyo Sogensha has won the Nebula Award for a domestic work, and also for a non-fiction work! !

The Nebula Award is determined by votes from participants at the annual Japan Science Fiction Convention. It is divided into nine sections: [Japanese feature category], [Japanese short story category], [Overseas feature category], [Overseas short story category], [Media category], [Comic category], [Art category], [Non-fiction category], and [Freedom category]. This is the oldest science fiction award in Japan with a long history.
