The Consulting Service Department of Marketing Research Association, Inc. conducted a survey on the “actual state of marketing activities of BtoB companies” in order to provide useful information for improving the quality of marketing activities of BtoB companies. We will provide a copy of this research report to anyone who requests it. (For BtoB companies only) In addition, on June 26th, we will hold a seminar on “2024 Marketing Problems and Solutions for BtoB Companies and Key Points for Strengthening Marketing” based on the results of this report.

As many companies are expected to see changes in their marketing activities, including various measures implemented due to the coronavirus pandemic, we have targeted B2B companies to understand the current status of their marketing activities and consider
countermeasures. We conducted a questionnaire survey.
When asked about the “level of importance and degree of
implementation” of initiatives related to marketing activities within the company, the following responses were answered: “active hiring of marketing personnel, manufacturing/development, etc.” The themes related to human resources, such as “Human resource development to improve capabilities” and “Effective utilization of customer assets” were raised.
