Tokyo City Horse Racing (TCK) will be holding the Tokyo Derby (JpnI), the pinnacle race of the 3-year-old dirt Triple Crown race, which will bring together top-class 3-year-old horses from regional and JRA races today, June 5th (Wednesday). I did. Ann Nakamura, who serves as this year’s TCK image character, came to the venue and served as the Tokyo Derby award ceremony presenter, and also held a mini talk show before the race, further enlivening the TCK crowd of fans!

At the mini talk show, Ms. Nakamura appeared in a cool white silk long dress waving her hands. When asked about the atmosphere at Oi Racecourse and his impressions of live watching, he said, “As the sun goes down, the atmosphere inside the racetrack becomes nice, and I’m very happy to meet everyone.It has a live feel and I’m excited about watching live.” “I will,” he said with a big smile.
Also, when asked how he would like to enjoy the Twinkle Race in his private time, he said, “I want to enjoy the race while drinking my favorite alcohol and feeling the breeze.” When asked about his thoughts on being chosen as the image character, he said, “ I’m glad to be able to serve as the image character in this memorable year that marks the beginning of the new Dirt Triple Crown, and to be able to meet everyone,” he said while responding to the cheers of the fans. When asked about the most memorable incident during the filming of the commercial, she answered, “Actually, there was a power outage while we were filming, so it was quite difficult, but I’m glad that everyone worked hard and was able to create a wonderful commercial.” He showed us an episode.
Mr. Nakamura selected the only red horse, Ammo Sierra, as the horse to watch. “My name has Anne in it, and since I’m a girl, I’m really excited to support you. I hope you do your best,” she said excitedly. At the end, he sent a message saying, “We will do our best to make TCK’s dirt triple crown and weekdays exciting together with everyone, so thank you for your support!” and received a big round of applause from the gathered fans.
