The Uza Terrace is located in Yomitan Village, a village in central Okinawa Prefecture facing the sparkling blue East China Sea and rich in history and tranquil countryside.

Home farm “OUR FARM”
OUR FARM adjacent to the hotel. We carefully grow seasonal vegetables, herbs, and fruits using natural farming methods that do not use pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
Guests can take a walk here, and we also hold “Farm Walking Tours” where a full-time gardener introduces you to the fruits, vegetables, herbs, and fruits that are growing at the time. Vegetables harvested at the farm can be served at the restaurant or in-room dining. Even children who hate vegetables will enjoy the fresh, pesticide-free taste. Adults can make their own mojitos in their guest rooms using plenty of mint picked at the farm, which is a fun experience unique to The Uza Terrace.

“Fine Dining” offers continental cuisine using vegetables grown in the hotel’s own farm and fresh ingredients from Yomitan Village. In addition to a la carte dishes that can be shared and enjoyed by the whole family, we also offer course meals for elementary school students that can be enjoyed by young ladies and gentlemen.
