(Headquarters) On July 15th, Chiba City Chuo Ward (President: Hiroyuki Nakamoto) co-sponsored a lecture by the author and editor at the Prefectural Education Hall in Chiba City Chuo Ward, in collaboration with the Chiba Geographical Society, which wrote the column.
