NTT Technocross Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Atsuko Oka, hereinafter referred to as “NTT Technocross”) is a cloud service that aims to streamline countermeasures and management by automating and visualizing PC security inspections. “mieten” (*1) will be on sale from July 2024.
background
At the “Industrial Cybersecurity Study Group” (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) in April 2024, the direction of new cybersecurity policies was discussed and mechanisms for visualizing the status of countermeasures were considered (*2). The minimum level of
countermeasures is defined as complying with the IPA “Information Security Measures Guidelines for Small and Medium Enterprises” (*3) and “self-declaring” it. The guidelines call for security measures for PCs, such as updating the OS and setting software, so security inspections are receiving renewed attention.
NTT Technocross has developed and introduced tools for the purpose of strengthening PC security inspections, and has achieved efficiency in security measures and management. Against this background, we decided to develop and sell “mieten” by leveraging the know-how of the tools we use in-house.

Features
(1) Automation of inspection and correction reduces work time by approximately 85%

Automatically collects PC inspection results and visualizes the inspection status on the dashboard. Nonconforming items can be checked in a list, reducing the burden on security administrators.
