Monthly Human Resources Business’s “Temporary Staff Satisfaction Survey” is a satisfaction survey conducted among people who actually work as temporary workers. The 41st survey was conducted among 4,000 people. The survey had two main items: “I would like to continue working with this temporary staffing company (re-employment rate)” and “I would recommend this temporary staffing company to a friend (word-of-mouth rate)”. Ranked 1st in employment rate. In addition, the following four items were evaluated: “Response at the time of registration reservation,” “Degree of understanding of the person in charge regarding consultations/complaints,” “Quickness of person in charge in responding to consultations/complaints,” and “Degree of fulfillment of promise by person in charge in response to
