Tokyo University of Science (President: Masatoshi Ishikawa) has converted the Communication Building on the Noda Campus (2641 Yamazaki, Noda City, Chiba Prefecture), which had been used as a student cafeteria, into a space full of joy and vibrancy where not only students but also local residents can gather. We aim to renew the site on June 10, 2024 (Monday).
The Noda Campus has entered into partnership agreements with the neighboring cities of Noda and Nagareyama, and has continued to deepen its ties with the local community through lectures, educational collaborations, and student activities. As a new challenge for CowTech Co., Ltd., a university-launched startup company working on livestock DX, we have opened Trattoria DomaDoma, a restaurant with a theme of “nature and health” that uses locally grown vegetables, and 24 We are opening two new anytime fitness gyms, “Anytime Fitness.” During the renovation, we collaborated with Fast Fitness Japan Co., Ltd., which operates Anytime Fitness, to create a project called “Delight, where students and local residents (US) can enjoy and enjoy Tokyo University of Science (TUS), which is surrounded by bright, warm light and natural greenery.” ), we have formulated the concept of “DelightTUS” to create such a gathering place. As a new challenge to support the promotion of the sixth industry, we are opening a restaurant that uses ingredients from our partners and the region. We use beef procured through our Livestock DX network, vegetables from Eka Organic Farm in Nagareyama City, and bread and sweets from Garden Berries in Nagareyama City. With the keyword “elimination”, we pursue the natural deliciousness of ingredients and provide menus that can be eaten with peace of mind. In addition, with the idea that “we want you to enjoy a rich time by fulfilling a small wish,” on weekdays except for lunch, you can customize the base menu to your liking. You can enjoy it. In the future, we plan to use it as a place to sell local specialties and disseminate information.
