I am extremely grateful to have been recognized for these aspects and to be the only Japanese person to receive this award at a ceremony sponsored by the world’s largest economic newspaper, the Wall Street Journal.
I received the invitation in October of last year.
To be frank, I was surprised because it came from one of the world’s leading newspaper companies, but even more than that, I realized the greatness of continuing to work and the power of continuing to work hard.
Of course, I have not worked to win any awards.
And this doesn’t change what I do every day.
However, what made me extremely happy this time was that so many training staff and clients were so happy that they felt like it was theirs.
While we provide an invisible service called “Sales Guidance,” we are grateful to all of you who have chosen Asakawa for being objectively evaluated worldwide. I feel that I have made a contribution. In addition, our efforts to develop the sales support tool “Sales Story Bank” using AI, which we announced last year, were highly evaluated, which provided great momentum for future promotions. There are limits to the contribution I can make through training alone. In the future, we will work to contribute to even more sales people through this tool.
In any case, this opportunity served as an opportunity for me to once again realize the impact and responsibility of my work.
My journey is still starting.
