Shunsuke is pleased to announce that we have opened the “Yokohama DX Concierge Center” to support administrative DX in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture on April 1, 2024.

In addition to developing system services, we believe that support services to support these systems are also important.
At Yokohama DX Concierge Center, we provide detailed concierge services, focusing on call center operations that support the onlineization of national administrative procedures.
In order to create a society full of smiles, it is important for us to be excited and always work with a smile on our faces. Therefore, we designed an office that would stimulate the playfulness of each member.
This is a call center with ideas that go beyond the conventional framework! Office branding is done by alpha lab associates, who worked on ADIDAS JAPAN and YOUTUBE SPACE TOKYO.
It was designed by representative Hidekazu Tsutsui and imaone (THA), which also handles the basketball court renovation go parkey project. Please drop by when you come to Yokohama.
