Photoruction Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and CEO: Takaharu Nakajima), which develops and operates BPaaS (SaaS + AI-BPO) “Photoruction” for the construction industry, will be established in June 2023. We will be exhibiting for the first time at the Kyushu Urban Development and Construction Exhibition 2024, which will be held at Marine Messe Fukuoka from Wednesday, June 19th to Thursday, June 20th. “Photoruction” is a construction platform (BPaaS) that has been introduced in over 300,000 construction projects including major general contractors, an application (SaaS) that has all the functions necessary for digitalizing construction management, and “preparation for reinforcement inspection”. We would like to introduce our “AI-BPO service,” which standardizes business processes unique to the construction industry, such as creation of construction plans and blackboard management by type of work.

■BPaaS (SaaS + AI-BPO) “Photoruction” for the construction industry Photoruction, a construction platform (BPaaS) that combines SaaS and AI-BPO, standardizes construction production with technology and provides maximum support for realizing the construction DX strategy of each company.
1. Construction production support cloud service (SaaS)
A construction production support cloud service that improves productivity in construction management. You can easily manage large amounts of photos by simply taking them from your smartphone or tablet, automatically organizing them, and creating electronic blackboards and ledgers. We provide all-in-one functionality necessary for construction management such as photos, drawings, tasks, inspections, document creation, schedules, and BIM.
2.AI-BPO
This is a cloud-based BPO service that allows you to outsource unique business processes (work) for the construction industry from “Photoruction”. We will liberate non-core tasks from construction sites, dramatically improve productivity, and realize a new DX cycle by accumulating production data.
*BPaaS: Abbreviation for Business Process as a Service. A service format that includes the technology layer of SaaS and provides business processes via the cloud.
*AI-BPO…BPO stands for Business Process Outsourcing. A system that makes effective use of AI technology, reviews desk work and
miscellaneous tasks from the process, and continuously improves efficiency.
