The people we have worked with have all engaged in initiatives that go far beyond the activities, image, and aspirations of a “real estate company” that is generally recognized in the world.
In order to share and disseminate this model more widely to society, we proposed a model called “Machinaka Developer.”
Real estate companies that are engaged in businesses that increase the value of local communities and grow towns will become more aware of themselves as “urban developers,” and will expand this model even further and conduct similar businesses. I believe this will encourage other real estate companies.
