TryHard Japan Co., Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Osaka) has filed a lawsuit for damages against Sennan City Council member Shiori Soeda as the defendant, and the second phase of the trial was filed at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at the Osaka District Court. There will be a second date (date for oral preparation procedures). Immediately after, on June 13th (Thursday) at around 3:00 p.m., Rakuhiro Ohtsuki (Representative Director of TryHard Japan Co., Ltd.), Yoichi Hiraoka (President and Director of TryHard Japan Co., Ltd.), Shun Tanaka (Plaintiff Litigation Attorney/Head of Defense Team), and others will take the stage and hold a trial report session at the Osaka Bar Association. We would like to ask all members of the media to take an interest in this matter and to participate in the briefing session. 1.
