Art Renovation has renewed its company information pamphlet for the first time in 10 years in order to spread the corporate brand. We aim to improve and standardize the quality of company introductions in line with the increasing sophistication of customer expectations. *Art Reform Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Suita City, Osaka Prefecture, Representative Director: President and CEO), which handles a total of 150,000 remodeling projects nationwide.
Tetsuya Omoto (hereinafter referred to as “Art Reform”) has significantly renewed its company introduction materials, including company information pamphlets. *

*Changes in the environment surrounding art renovation*
Over the past 10 years, the average unit price for art renovations has increased approximately five times, and projects are becoming more expensive. Along with this, the content of renovation work is shifting from repair/refresh work such as replacing individual housing equipment to remodeling/renovation work that involves changing floor plans. As a result, our competitors have become larger and the expectations of our customers have become more sophisticated. Furthermore, as business scale expands and diversifies, the number of points of contact with other companies and industries is increasing, and traditional pamphlets have been lacking in information to properly introduce the company.

Traditional pamphlets lacked the information that should have been conveyed when introducing the company. Information such as the company’s mission, vision, business model, award history, etc. was often supplemented orally by each sales person, and the quality of company introductions varied, so we renewed the pamphlet and changed it to “What is Art Reform?” We have unified the information to convey “?”. We also aim to standardize the quality of company introductions by showing exemplary ways to use pamphlets.
