Target participants: People between the ages of 18 and 30 who are thinking about their future.

Message from BCU President Takeshi Okada
FC Imabari Chairman and Representative Director / BCU President Takeshi Okada Imabari Co., Ltd., which operates FC Imabari. Yume Sports does more than just manage a soccer club.
We are a team that takes on various challenges through sports, health, and education businesses, with the corporate philosophy of
“Contributing to the creation of a society that values spiritual wealth over material wealth for the sake of the next generation.” Bari Challenge
University (BCU) is a workshop program to create social change agents, which was started in 2015 as part of our educational project to embody our corporate philosophy.
The FC Imabari Advisory Board also participates in BCU, providing an opportunity for young people from all over the country to gather in Imabari and live together for a few days to take on the challenge of their dreams. At BCU in the past, I have witnessed great growth in young people even after just a few days of workshops. Since then, as I have heard that BCU graduates are active all over the country, I feel a sense of fulfillment and a strong sense of mission to continue this activity, which is in line with our corporate philosophy. .
This year, Imabari Co., Ltd. We will welcome people who sympathize with Yume Sports’ corporate philosophy as the administrative office, and will continue to evolve BCU and take on the challenge of further developing our corporate philosophy. This year’s theme is Purpose City Management, which is a new concept for urban development, and we are all working together to provide opportunities for everyone’s future lives through new “encounters” and exciting “original experiences.” We will do our best to run the program.
The young people of the future will have to live in an unknown world without role models. What is important at that time is the ability to have independence and live your life independently. At BCU, we will do our best to encourage you to take on this bold challenge, and we hope you will fully develop your abilities.

What is “BARI Challenge University” (BCU)?
The concept was born out of the desire of Representative Okada and the members of the advisory board to convey the knowledge of our advisory board members to young people, mainly in Imabari, and create an opportunity to take on new challenges.
In order to realize our corporate philosophy of “Contributing to the creation of a society that values spiritual richness over material richness for the sake of the next generation,” we will work to develop young generation human resources through BCU.
