Then, in early spring of 2023, we began our quest to create a premium liqueur for shots based on the sake produced by Tamagawa Sake Brewery. In order to improve the perfection of shot sake, there is no point in simply increasing the alcohol content.*
After a development period of approximately 15 months*, with the goal of making it easy to drink* and, above all, *taking advantage of the characteristics of Japanese sake*, we created the “Ikkiku-sake”. -” has finally been completed.
