After joining the company in 2006 as a new graduate, I worked in sales for about 10 years, then worked in sales planning at a group company, and then joined the human resources department in 2018. Responsible for planning and operating various measures related to human resource development and promoting diversity.
Currently, we are planning and implementing new measures to support employees’ autonomous career development in order to “build a diverse group of human resources,” which is a key theme of the human resources strategy in the medium-term management plan.

Joined En Factory in 2016 after working at Daiko Co., Ltd. and Sumitomo Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.
Involved in the management of owned media and the production of expert content. He started working multiple jobs in his second year at En Factory, and after experiencing the benefits of “crossing borders” himself, he has been in charge of sales, operations, and marketing for “Teamlancer Enterprise” and “multi-job study abroad” since January 2020. The “Cross-Border Circuit” project has supported over 100 border crossers. Nationally qualified career consultant.

After graduating from university, he worked in sales and marketing at a chemical manufacturer/foreign medical device manufacturer. He was also awarded the world’s number one award as an excellent sales employee. After that, he was assigned to start up a human resources development department, and gained experience in establishing 1on1 coaching by superiors and subordinates, planning and implementing training, evaluation systems, human resources development plans, and organizational restructuring.
Currently, as a training instructor, in addition to sales skills and management, he has also given many career training sessions based on his own experience of breaking out of a career plateau.
