Tokyo/Representative: Masato Togami) will open a newly built resort hotel “(tentative name) ATAMI” in Atami City, Shizuoka Prefecture in the spring of 2025. The hotel, built on a hill in Atami, has a total of 18 rooms: a villa building with 3 detached guest rooms and a hotel building with 15 guest rooms. This is a small luxury hotel equipped with a natural hot spring open-air bath with a panoramic view of nature. We will bring together the various wisdom that we have cultivated over our long history, and at the same time welcome you with the highest level of service under the name of new luxury.

Our company, which operates multiple resort hotels in Japan including Nanki Shirahama Onsen Hotel Kawakyu, will open a new resort hotel with 18 rooms in Atami City, Shizuoka Prefecture in the spring of 2025. Our hotel is conveniently located approximately 20 minutes by car from JR Atami Station, with excellent access from the city center and the Tokai area, making it suitable for use as a vacation home. In addition, we have the source of Atami Onsen, which has a history of more than 1,000 years and is famous as one of the best hot springs in Japan, so you can enjoy an ocean-view natural hot spring open-air bath and a healing terrace in every guest room. All 18 guest rooms are based on a sophisticated and comfortable design, including twin rooms of 50 square meters or more, suites of 70 square meters or more, and villa suites of 100 square meters or more that are separate detached rooms. We plan to provide services that can be used by customers of all generations for a variety of purposes. The hotel building is equipped with an ocean view restaurant, where you can relax and enjoy resort prix fixe style meals along with an appetizer buffet in a space that respects privacy. In addition, you can enjoy a resort feeling in every setting, including an outdoor heated pool overlooking Sagami Bay, a self-rolling sauna, and a night bar.

The hotel is scheduled to open in the spring of 2025, which will mark the 60th anniversary of the company’s entry into the hotel industry in 1965. The opening of this hotel in Atami, one of Japan’s leading resort areas, marks the company’s first expansion into the Kanto region since its founding.
