The summer menu for June to August has started.
Using seasonal ingredients, we have prepared dishes that are appropriate for Noguchi Kanko’s 60th anniversary.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all of our customers, everyone involved, and this wonderful land.

This time’s dish is based on the 60-year history of Noguchi Tourism and the 37-year history of Kotaro Suzuki.
This is a kaiseki meal with a theme of history as a chef.
We believe that it is important to go back to the basics in everything we do, and we have created our dishes with great care and attention to the basics of Japanese cuisine, “dashi”.
Slowly enjoy the soup stock, which can be said to be the origin of Japanese food,

Noguchi Kanko has an N-1 contest where chefs compete on their skills. This time, Executive Chef Suzuki’s dish won the top prize, and we also offer combination dishes.
In particular, Suzuki’s cuisine is one that, when considered from the perspective of history, is the origin of Japanese cuisine and the basics of Japanese cuisine that have been preserved for many years.As a chef, he has constantly changed his cuisine, and it is a journey without a goal.
