UNIQUE VENUES” is a hotel operated by Takeda Castle Castle Town. From June 11th (Tuesday), EN will begin offering guided tours that will allow you to deeply experience the history and culture of Takeda Castle while touring the ruins of Takeda Castle.

Hotel EN is a hotel opened in the fall of 2013, renovating the former Kimura Sake Brewery (owned by Asago City) in the castle town of Takeda Castle Ruins. Utilizing one of the most expansive grounds in the castle town, this commercial complex has functions such as a hotel, wedding hall, restaurant, and cafe, creating a lively atmosphere while connecting people.

Takeda Castle Ruins is known as the “Castle in the Sky” and “Japan’s Machu Picchu” due to its appearance floating in a sea of clouds. The castle town at the foot of the mountain is home to quiet waterways, Meiji and Taisho period townhouses with raised plaster and udatsu walls, and an elegant landscape of nature that changes with the seasons.
Located in the center of the townscape, the former Kimura Sake Brewery, which has a history of over 400 years, has been reborn over time as a high-quality inn with 13 rooms. Each guest room has a different style, including the main building built in the Meiji period, a storehouse, and an outbuilding, all of which gently soothe the hearts of visitors.
