In recent years, against the backdrop of the declining birthrate, aging population, and out-migration of young people from the prefecture, the decline in the working population in Okinawa Prefecture is an urgent issue. Securing human resources is becoming increasingly difficult for companies, and there is a need to develop diverse recruitment methods.
This partnership aims to support the continued growth of customers in the areas covered by Ryukyu Bank and contribute to the economic revitalization of the area.
