After creating the necessary documents, there are three main steps: “certification of articles of incorporation,” “registration of establishment,” and “post-establishment procedures.” Of these, the notary public office supports online interviews for certification of the articles of incorporation, and online applications can also be applied for some of the procedures after establishment on “freee company establishment”. This time, we have added support for registration applications to the Legal Affairs Bureau during “registration of establishment,” and in addition to limited liability companies, which were previously possible, it is now possible to apply online to the Legal Affairs Bureau for joint stock companies.
