Bunkamura’s activities focus on “creation,” “dissemination,” “exchange,” and “nurturing.” This time, as part of our “nurturing” efforts, we collaborated with Osaka University of Arts. NTT
ArtTechnology and DNP support this industry-academia co-creation project, and will be holding an exhibition on the Bunkamura Metaverse, which will serve as a platform for creators who will lead the next generation to enjoy culture and art widely in Japan and abroad. I did. [Plan content]
In conjunction with the release of “Otaru Art Village Digital Archive Powerful Ukiyo-e Exhibition” *2 at Bunkamura Metaverse’s “Gallery”, in conjunction with Hokkaido, where “Otaru Art Village” is located, Osaka University of Arts’ Department of Design, Department of Character Design, A total of 22 works (9 digital posters, 13 videos) were selected from around 170 works that expressed the charm of Hokkaido through Manga Design (R) by students from the Department of Fine Arts and the Department of Film and Visual Arts, etc., in the Metaverse. Community Space”. We will use the power of Manga Design(R) to create opportunities to attract tourism to Hokkaido.
“Community Space” is a space where users can enjoy conversations with each other, and this time as well, we will create communication between creators, students, and other visitors and increase the value of the experience.

Established Target Media Solutions in 2004. Established Manga Designers Lab in 2011 to develop a new market for manga. As a general producer, he produces advertisements through Manga Design(R), and utilizes Japanese culture, manga, as a communication solution for business. Since 2015, he has served as a member of the Advertising Dentsu Award Council Selection Committee.
