Development background and purpose
In recent years, the development of AI has been progressing, but in November 2022, U.S. Open AI announced the conversational AI “Chat GPT”, which will automatically create documents, source code, images, audio, etc. Generative AI has become popular. These days can truly be called the peak of generative AI. Therefore, although the movement of companies to utilize generative AI in business and management is steadily expanding, on the other hand, many companies, including domestic medium-sized and small-to-medium-sized enterprises, do not have sufficient literacy or skills to utilize generative AI in business. Currently, issues include a lack of skills and how to deal with risks.

Therefore, Cloud Circus, which provides digital marketing support to small and medium-sized enterprises, has decided to develop and provide “IZANAI-OpenAI”, an AI-type chatbot that has a simple design and is easy to use without any special expertise. In addition, all information registered as learning data is designed to be stored in a private database, so it will not be used for re-learning by OpenAI, ensuring secure operation.
