transcosmos will acquire 100% of the shares of Kubota Systems & Information (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., a Chinese systems subsidiary of Kubota Corporation, on June 11, 2024. We agreed to get it.

Kubota Information Systems (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in February 2012 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kubota (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Kubota Corporation’s Chinese headquarters. We provide system development, operation, and maintenance services, SAP renovations and maintenance, and data center operations in China for Kubota and its group companies in China.
transcosmos established a system development subsidiary in Tianjin, China in 1995, and conducts integrated project management from design to development and system testing for Japan and China. Currently, we have expanded our bases to Suzhou, Jinan, and Japan, and have 1,600 engineers and a professional quality control team to provide high-quality system development services that meet Japanese quality standards.
Through this acquisition, transcosmos will take over the Kubota Group’s China IT business, which is currently being handled by Kubota Information System (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Additionally, transcosmos will expand its business by taking over the SAP repair and maintenance business from Kubota Information Systems (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., which it has not previously provided.
