[Goka Town, Ibaraki Prefecture] Promote DX with disaster prevention training! Create a safety confirmation list using My Number Card; Utilize drones for on-site confirmation of unconfirmed persons *“My Number Card Issuance Rate 1st in Ibaraki Prefecture (90.2%)” Goka Town’s challenge. In order to “ensure the security and safety of residents” in the event of a disaster, MynaCard issuance rate is No. 1. Safety confirmation that takes advantage of the characteristics in 1 will be effective at disaster sites! *
We use My Number cards and drones to confirm the safety of evacuees during disasters.

Simplify evacuation center admission procedures with my number card Previously, when evacuating to an evacuation center during a disaster, evacuees were asked to fill out a form with their family information, leading to crowding. By having residents bring their My Number Card with them when evacuating, the hassle of admission procedures can be simplified.
Information about people whose safety cannot be confirmed will be instantly shared as data from the evacuation center to the disaster response headquarters.
Furthermore, by reflecting the collected data on digital maps and conducting on-site inspections using drones, it is possible to save on human labor.
The introduction of this system will save labor in evacuation center entry work during disasters. [On June 4th, Digital Minister Kono’s press release reported that a demonstration experiment had been conducted that reduced the procedure time by 80% to 90%.
[Encouragement], we succeeded in visualizing identity verification and safety information.
We will be holding a public training session for this system as shown below, so please come and see us.

* 2. Confirmation and visualization of persons whose safety is unknown* The person’s safety will be determined by comparing the My Number (12 digits only) obtained at the time of admission with the information in the Basic Resident Register. By importing and displaying, marking, and visualizing townspeople whose safety has been confirmed and those whose safety is unknown on an electronic map (GIS map), it becomes clear whether their safety has been confirmed or not, and it is possible to take prompt action to confirm the safety of those whose safety is unknown. It becomes.
