A total of 5,431 25-year-old job-hunting students aspiring to work in the food industry responded. We have released the 123 best internship companies that we would recommend to juniors.

Tsunagaru Job Hunting, operated by Maximize Co., Ltd., conducted a survey targeting students scheduled to graduate in 2025 (hereinafter referred to as “25 graduating students”) regarding “internships they would recommend to their juniors.” We are releasing materials that will be a useful source of information for 26-year-old job-hunting students before participating in an internship. *

At Tsunagaru Job Hunting, many students with a strong interest in the food industry have registered, and we collected information on recommended internships from 5,431 of these 25 graduates through a questionnaire.
This survey was compiled into “Tsuna Best 123 Recommended Internship Information”, which is a “food industry understanding event” aimed mainly at 26-year-old students.
Tanabata edition (held on July 6th) ” is distributed to students as an entry benefit.
In this release, we will publish the top 20 (26 companies).

In the survey, we asked them to give us their reasons for recommending our internships, and Tsunagaru Job Hunting analyzed the following five elements of highly satisfying internships that can be read from top companies.
