An eel specialty restaurant based on the concept of “filling your belly with delicious eel!” operated by Franchise Business Incubation Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Masahiro Yamamoto), which supports franchise headquarters and member stores. We opened the restaurant “Unagi no Naruse Kanda Myojin Branch” on June 8th.
“Unagi no Naruse” uses only Japanese eel that has achieved the three ideals of taste, price, and safety. We have also systematized our operations to reduce delivery time and labor costs, making our products “cheap, fast, and delicious!” Although it is open for 3 hours during the day and 3 hours at night, it is characterized by maintaining stable sales even though it is not in a prime location.

We started “Unagi no Naruse” in September 2022 with the desire to make it easier for people to eat the eel rice that Japanese people have loved since ancient times. We started managing multiple stores in February 2023, and achieved 80 stores in January of this year. We plan to have over 200 stores this month. We have been featured in the media a lot since last summer, and recently we have been featured as a rapidly expanding chain.
It is said that the way eel is grilled differs depending on the region, but Naruse steams the eel until it is fluffy in the Kanto style while giving it the crispy flavor of the Kansai style. The carefully selected sauces are supervised by chefs who are experts in Japanese cuisine, and are popular with customers of all ages and genders regardless of region. In a survey conducted by our company, 65% of our customers answered that they came to our store because they liked eel, and we believe that eel is Japan’s national food. Please enjoy the filling eel.

1 We use Japanese eel that is available at high-end restaurants.In order to provide the most delicious eel of the season, we purchase from eel farms that comply with ISO and HACCP. We are particular about the feed, and carefully select eels that suit the palate of modern Japanese people.
