◇A “photoshoot” trip at the Korean version of “Unexplored Station” with the motto of safety and security
This tour has been popular since pre-coronavirus, as the keywords “photography” and “unexplored station” have been attracting attention in recent years, and it has been popular as a way to enjoy a so-called overseas “photography trip” to Busan, South Korea, by bringing your passport. This is a popular tour.
The destination we visited was Won-dong Station on the KORAIL Gyeongbu Line, which is considered one of the Korean versions of unexplored stations.
Arrive in Busan by Kanbu Ferry, then transfer to the local train Mugunghwa from Busan Station to visit the site.
The station, opened in 1905 by the Gyeongbu Railway, is a scenic spot that is known as a beautiful photo spot representing southern Korea. Although it is a conventional line, some high-speed trains (KTX) also pass through this station, so you can enjoy a wide variety of trains.

◇Vehicle diversity
The Mugunghwa, which has been in operation since the late 1970s, is operated in a style where a locomotive pulls a passenger car, but it is aging and is being gradually replaced by a new electric train express ITX-Maum. It is expected that the trains that visit Indo Station will change in the future. Enjoy the best location for a relaxing holiday amidst beautiful scenery where a wide variety of trains pass by.

This tour will provide you with a 6-hour stay that will allow you to take plenty of photos, giving you the opportunity to take photos of long-distance passenger trains (22 up and down trains) and freight trains along with the majestic flow of the Nakdong River.

Indong Station, where most trains pass through except for only three passenger trains during your stay, is a 5-minute walk from the station where there is a stylish cafe where you can relax while admiring the beautiful scenery. It is a noteworthy point that is worth visiting at least once, even for those who are not keen on photography.
We sincerely hope that many of you will take this opportunity to participate.
