Work that opens up new trends.” He will be speaking at “The Future of People” and will introduce technology that enables communication that allows people to share emotions as if they were face-to-face in a variety of work styles. Neatframe Co., Ltd., the Japanese branch of Neatframe Inc. (commonly known as Neat), a Norwegian-born video conferencing device provider, will be holding an event called “Optimization for Employees to Shine” sponsored by Nikkei Agency/TV Aichi on June 12th at Nagoya Midland Hall. I will be speaking on “What is the new office? – The future of work styles pioneered by new trends.”
Now, more than a year has passed since the new coronavirus was classified as a Category 5 virus, and diverse work styles are becoming established in various ways. The trend of returning to the office has settled down, and the decline in the percentage of employees choosing remote work has bottomed out and started to increase.
