Amnt, a Sendai vegetable and craft beer shop that moved to Ichibancho, Aoba Ward, Sendai City in April of this year, was a vacant storefront in order to convey the deliciousness of local vegetables and the goodness of craft beer. We have opened a renovated store on the 1st floor of the Fujisaki Department Store office building. Two months after opening, the number of customers has increased, and they are enjoying bagna cauda and keema curry made with Sendai vegetables, as well as craft beer from Tohoku. In order to accelerate our efforts to spread the word about its goodness, we have acquired a liquor license and are now able to offer bottles and cans of craft beer to customers in some of our stores. In order to further power up the shop and promote the appeal of the area, we have started a club fan event, but we have achieved our goal in three days and are working towards our next goal. The next goal is to raise 1 million yen, and although there are 20 days left, over 80% has already been raised.
We will continue to make further efforts to become a store that is even more important to the local community, including the addition of a liquor sales department.

We, amnt, a Sendai vegetable and craft beer shop, mainly sell craft beer from Tohoku, and we want to educate people who don’t know about craft beer about its deliciousness, especially the goodness of Tohoku craft beer. We were offering draft beer at the store for you to enjoy. However, since the store before the move had a takeout and bottle shop, we were able to better convey its appeal to customers. We would like to inform you that we have recently obtained a new liquor license and are now able to have a bottle shop attached to our relocated store. Our staff and I are enthusiastic about the idea that this will allow us to better communicate the goodness of local food to our customers.

Our company opened a craft beer store on the first basement floor of Sendai Forus on September 19, 2020. Then, on April 29, 2022, we opened Fbase, a drink space with 8 counter seats, and it was open from the morning as a place where customers could enjoy craft beer. Thanks to your support, we have many customers visiting our store every day, including wives shopping, customers visiting Sendai for sightseeing, and customers looking for craft beer. However, along with the long-term closure of Sendai Forus, we have decided to close our company. After that, we received many requests from customers to continue the store, and we decided to renovate the vacant store on the 1st floor of the Fujisaki Department Store office building and relaunched in April, as it became a place where people could gather. We want to create a space where customers who shop around town and women who work in offices can relax and feel at ease. We hope you enjoy the theme of health and healing. For this reason, we have collaborated with Chaise Banque Deco Co., Ltd. to furnish the store with antique furniture. You can also actually purchase them. The menus we offer are made with delicious vegetables and local ingredients. We also offer seven types of draft beer at all times, mainly craft beers from Tohoku where yeast is alive.

We have started a crowdfund campaign to let our customers know about our store. Three days after starting, I suddenly achieved my goal. Furthermore, we are working hard every day to achieve our next goal.
