Bellecour” and “Chinese Restaurant”
We will be preparing the “Chinese Afternoon Tea Set”, a
collaboration project with “Jukeien”. A tea stand decorated with exotic flowers that gives you an oriental feel will create a blissful moment that is a little different from the usual.
Sweets include classic Chinese sweets such as mango pudding and pineapple tart, as well as Taiwanese castella with a hint of jasmine tea and almond tofu with Koulong balls, which originated in Hong Kong and are also known as “edible marbles.” In addition, we offer two types of scones, which are essential for afternoon tea: one with magao, which is known as a “mysterious spice” and has a distinctive scent of Japanese pepper and lemongrass, and one with
chocolate-covered macadamia banana. Also, Murai, who was appointed as the head chef of “Jukeien” last year.
The savory items produced by Tsubasa are also a highlight.
In addition to the appetizer-style savory plate, which features Jukeien’s standard and popular menu items such as pickled jellyfish, steamed chicken with green onion sauce, char siew, and tomatoes pickled in Guihua Chin sake, the Hanamaki with Peking duck is served in a bamboo steamer, adding to the atmosphere. Masu.

As for drinks, in addition to the fragrant jasmine tea welcome tea, you can also enjoy about 15 types of tea, including Chinese tea, seasonal fruit tea, and juice, with free flow tea (free refills).

This project was planned by Bellecour manager Tamotsu, who also has experience working at Jukeien.
A long-awaited collaboration project that Harue planned with the hope of making it a reality someday. Our hope is to provide an opportunity for those who regularly use our Afternoon Tea Set to learn about the taste of Jukeien, and to convey the appeal of our Afternoon Tea Set to fans of Jukeien. I am.

At Bellecour, facing the waterside of a waterfall, please enjoy the elegant midsummer “Gengocha” while being soothed by the sound of the cool water.
