Simtops Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Takashi Mizuno) has developed “i-Repo”, which enables no-code linkage between “i-Reporter” and external systems.
We have released “PostgreSQL integration” as a new feature of “Link”. ▼“PostgreSQL linkage” function details
Previously, collaboration between “i-Reporter” and “PostgreSQL” (*) required separate program development, but by using this function, it can now be achieved without programming.
*What is PostgreSQL? A database management system developed as an open source (available for free).
The following functions can be implemented without programming.
1. Automatic report creation
Automatically create input forms by mapping PostgreSQL table (view) fields and i-Reporter clusters.
2.Registering input results
Register the i-Reporter cluster value to the PostgreSQL table as a new record.
3. PostgreSQL data acquisition
Retrieves the value of the PostgreSQL table (view) to the i-Reporter cluster via the Gateway.
4. Obtain PostgreSQL master data
Retrieves the value of the PostgreSQL table (view) to the i-Reporter master selection cluster via the Gateway.
▼About specific collaboration methods
Linkage implementation can be completed by simply operating (clicking) “i-Repo Link”.
Fields on the data source side (PostgreSQL) and i-Reporter clusters are displayed on the screen, so system integration can be achieved simply by connecting them with a click.

▼Use case (example)
1. Link manufacturing instruction information to i-Reporter. Link manufacturing instruction information from the production management system to i-Reporter using automatic report creation or data acquisition functions.
It is also possible to register the work performance information stored on the i-Reporter side in the production management system.
2. Link shipping instruction information to i-Reporter.
It is possible to link the shipping instruction information held by the inventory management system to i-Reporter, scan the barcode attached to the target item, and determine whether it is correct or incorrect (using calculation formula clusters) on the i-Reporter side.
3. Obtain past work information from ConMas Server (PostgresSQL). Past work information recorded with i-Reporter can be retrieved into the currently open i-Reporter form.
By obtaining the results of the previous inspection, you can check the differences from the previous inspection on the report.
