An eel specialty restaurant based on the concept of “filling your belly with delicious eel!” operated by Franchise Business Incubation Co., Ltd. We will open our store “Unagi no Naruse Yotsukaido Store” on June 26th. “Unagi no Naruse” uses only Japanese eel that has achieved the three ideals of taste, price, and safety. “Unagi no Naruse Yokohama store” will open in September 2022 with the desire to make it easier for Japanese people to enjoy the unagiju that has been loved by Japanese people since ancient times.
Rather than opening stores in front of major stations, which are considered prime locations for restaurants, Unagi no Naruse continues to open stores mainly in residential areas where locals can easily stop by. For this reason, we have set our business hours to lunchtime and evening hours, when food and drink demand is high, and aim to be a restaurant that is loved by locals despite its short hours.
The “Unagi no Naruse” kabayaki retains the fluffy texture of the Kanto region and the crispy texture of the Kansai region, with a crispy exterior and fluffy, soft texture on the inside. You can also add the sauce that comes with the kabayaki to your liking, so please enjoy it.
