Nakano Welcome Festival Logo
[Background of the festival]
Nakano Ward is also famous as a “ramen battleground”, but
surprisingly, this is the first ramen festival to be held mainly by volunteers from ramen shops in Nakano Ward. Before the rebuilding of Nakano Sunplaza, the symbol of Nakano Ward, started, the owners who love ramen came together to hold this festival to do something that could contribute to Nakano Ward.
At the festival, all ramen shops will offer a new type of “chilled ramen” that has not been offered at the shops before. Each store has been featured on TV and other media several times, but this is of course the first time the menu has been released to the media. We received the cooperation of many local stakeholders, including the Nakano Ward Tourism Association, members of the Nakano Ward shopping district, Nakano Ward Nogata Police Station, and private companies including Saby. This cohesiveness is the one team that supports Nakano Ward. →The event will be announced to all elementary schools in Nakano Ward via PTA.

It is no exaggeration to say that Mukan’s signature menu, which is the most difficult to reserve in Japan, is the oyster salt ramen. The rich extract of oysters harmonizes with the refreshing soup,
When you take a bite, the delicate yet strong flavor spreads through your mouth in multiple layers, and goes perfectly with the

The char siu is prepared under exquisite temperature control and has a silky texture and a gentle taste. Menya Taisei Signature Menu
A new wave store that has had long lines of customers since opening in the spring of 2023. The owner, Mr. Taisei Nikkei, is just 26 years old and has the experience of rising to the rank of manager of a famous restaurant.
The cup he is aiming for is “a family-style dish that is eaten with chicken and soy sauce.” The soup has a mellow texture and is surprisingly easy to drink.
By making a solid base with pork bones and then layering the fresh flavor of free-range chicken at different times, the flavor is extremely rich. The flavor of the chicken oil floating on the surface layer further accelerates the compatibility with the medium-thick noodles made by Sakai Seimen.
The special rice sauce is very popular, and it’s great that the rice and pickles are free. If you want to experience a new kind of family tree, go to Nakano Sakagami!!

Noodle Saibo, Pingiri Signature menu
Taisei Foods is a prestigious noodle factory that has been watching over Nakano for 100 years. A collaboration limited to the Nakano Itterashai Festival presented by the legend appears. This is the ultimate fusion of Taisei Foods’ directly managed ramen shop Mensabo and Ogikubo Geriatric shop Bingiri.
As expected from Chichuno, the birthplace of tsukemen, Mensaibō’s most popular item is the special tsukemen made with a strong Japanese-style soup stock that is loved by men and women of all ages. The ingredients have a solid texture and presence, and go perfectly with the noodles and soup. It’s truly the classic tsukemen.
Bingiri, run by the owner who is a certified noodle-making technician after working at Taisei Foods for 20 years, is a popular restaurant whose Katsuura tantan noodles have gained explosive popularity. The Neo-Katsuura-style drink, which has chives, hemp, and spiciness, has been redefined by the owner’s taste. If you use the spoon that is served in two ways, and the one with the hole in it, you can put the ingredients lying at the bottom of the bowl on top of the rice, and the ultimate spicy rice is completed. On days when you want to feel numb, you should hurry to Ogikubo.

Located in Nikaho City, Akita Prefecture, at the foot of Mt. Chokai, one of Japan’s 100 Famous Mountains, this restaurant serves Chinese noodles made mainly from local ingredients. The noodles, ingredients, and soup are all handmade in-house, and the additive-free Chinese noodles, which do not contain any chemical seasonings, are a perfect business card. The limited-time ramen, which is made with seasonal ingredients and cannot be found anywhere else, is also very popular among men and women of all ages.
As this is a popular restaurant with many customers visiting from outside the prefecture, we aim to create a drink that you will never get tired of no matter how many times you come, and that you can only enjoy at Yunodai Shokudo.
