[Image 1:×1200.jpg] Grammy-nominated singer, rapper, and producer Blxst today announced that his debut album, I’ll Always Come Find You, will be released on July 19th via Red Bull Records/EVGLE. Additionally, in conjunction with the album announcement, they released a new song “Dance With The Devil” featuring Grammy Award-winning artist Anderson .Paak today. [Video 5:] Regarding this collaboration, Blxst says:
“I’ve been a fan of Anderson Paak since his album Malibu. His artistic approach and tone of voice have inspired me as I’m discovering my own artistry. He himself asked me to collaborate with the Free Nationals (best known as Anderson .Paak’s live band), and I took this
opportunity to participate in his debut album. This song is a perfect blend of the two California artists, and the concept is sonic and satisfying on first listen. It’s a song about a tug-of-war.” Blxst made their debut performance at this year’s Coachella festival, with a classic Buick Grand National car on stage and a jacket with “Birdie” written on the back. A few weeks later, he released his single “Risk Taker” with rapper Offset. A visualizer of the same car with a “Birdie” license plate driving late at night was released. [Video 6:] The album trailer released last night takes these concepts a step further, this time showing Blxst donning black driver’s gloves, climbing into the driver’s seat of a Grand National, and driving the car to a chauffeured auto repair shop called Evgle & Son. It says it will stop.

[Video 7:] Sparking excitement for his first full-length album, Blxst added: “What I had to overcome while making the album changed my entire creative process and I think my fans deserve to see me grow from it. I’ve reached the heights I dreamed of when I was just starting out as an artist. There’s nothing stopping you from getting there, and there’s no better time than now.”

All three singles explore sounds outside of his signature LA-rooted R&B, foreshadowing the multidimensional album to come.
