This year’s summer menu features 23 surprise menus using seasonal vegetables, “a lunch buffet limited to Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays that stimulates your curiosity about food and a thrilling experience,” and small desserts that you can eat as many times as you like. We will offer approximately 60 items including new varieties. The wagon service has also been completely renovated, with chefs and pastry chefs dressed in stylish cook coats delivering freshly prepared dishes to customers, delivering delicious moments and delicious discoveries. The weekly chef’s pasta “Pasta Capricciosa” and “Today’s Amuse” such as vegetable macaroons and other sweets are now available as a wagon service.
