People who are serious about cooking include working adults and housewives who once aspired to become chefs but had to give up on their dream due to financial reasons, as well as students who aspire to become professional chefs. We support the realization of the dreams of those who want to become human beings. There are two types of courses: Part 1 is for experienced participants and Part 2 is for inexperienced participants. We provide a curriculum tailored to your skills, knowledge, and experience.

Get ready to work with 5 hours of practical training once a week + self-study!!* It is possible to complete the course in as little as three months by doing 5 hours of practical training per week and self-studying at home. The instructor is Tsuyoshi Doi, who has experience as a head chef at French and Japanese restaurants and hotels, and is currently the chef at the Italian restaurant “Cassolo.” We will teach you practical techniques and know-how that can be immediately useful in the field, such as cooking techniques centered on French cuisine, how to handle multitasking that is important for course meals, knowledge about ingredients and production areas, and hygiene management.

Although my knowledge of cooking was limited to what I had learned in home economics classes, I was carefully taught from the beginning how to use a knife, such as how to prepare meat and fish, cut vegetables, and peel them. I had a lot of fun learning new cooking knowledge and techniques, such as ingredients and sauces. Personally, I had a hard time learning how to handle fish, so I was extremely happy when I was able to grate three pieces of horse mackerel.
