“Kikurage Punicori Gourmet Festival” will be held at Shibuya Stream from July 1st
*Support the disaster-stricken areas by eating the delicious domestically produced wood ear mushroom menu! *

“Fukushima, Shin Discovery!! (Headquarters: Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture, Representative: Foods Net Fukushima)” will be available at Shibuya Stream for a limited time from July 1st (Monday) to July 16th (Tuesday), 2024. We will be holding a gourmet event “Kikurage Punicori Gourmet Festival” (hereinafter referred to as “this event”), featuring domestically produced wood ear mushrooms grown in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture.

At this event, we will be introducing black wood ear mushrooms, which are rich in dietary fiber and vitamin D, and white wood ear mushrooms, which are rich in dietary fiber and gelatin. We offer 8 exquisite menu items that you can enjoy the texture of. Also, from Saturday, July 13th to Monday, July 15th (holiday), Shibuya Stream 3rd floor In the event space, special products from Fukushima Prefecture such as processed wood ear mushrooms, miso, and natural carbonated water will be sold, allowing you to enjoy the charm of Fukushima throughout the facility.

You can support Fukushima’s recovery through the exquisite jellyfish menu and local specialties that can only be eaten here.

A summertime dish with plenty of umami and a refreshing taste, chicken, crunchy white fungus, and plump black fungus simmered in a spicy soup with a punch of green chili peppers and yuzu pepper until the flavor is absorbed. This is a delicious and spicy hot pot dish that is perfect for.

Hard fried noodles made with plenty of ingredients such as shrimp, squid, and vegetables, and finished with a slightly sweet and salty seafood gomoku bean paste. Enjoy the plump texture of black jellyfish in this classic Chinese dish.

Katsuo Tobonta’s proud bonito-based soup is made with black wood ear mushrooms from Fukushima prefecture and arranged into oden. Enjoy the crunchy black jellyfish that absorbs the soup stock well and warms you to the core.

A salad-style appetizer made with sweet and juicy domestic Japanese mochi pork and fluffy white wood ear mushrooms tossed with sesame sauce and ponzu sauce. Even in seasons when appetite tends to drop, you can enjoy it refreshingly without feeling guilty.

This is a nutritious pho made with pork belly, black jellyfish, crunchy bean sprouts, green onions, and other toppings. This is a fun dish that accentuates the crunchy texture of black jellyfish as you eat the soft rice noodles.

This is a great dish for seasons when you tend to get tired. Raw black ear mushrooms are combined with fruity black vinegar, colorful summer vegetables, and finished with rich and fragrant green onion oil. You can enjoy the crunchy texture of live jellyfish, which stands out among the richly textured summer vegetables.

Products unique to Fukushima, such as processed wood ear mushrooms, Aizu miso, natural carbonated water from Oku-Aizu, and peaches pickled in syrup, are produced by a company affiliated with the producer group “Fukushima Shin Discovery!!” which is active mainly in Koriyama and Oku-Aizu. We will be selling 10 special products for a limited time.

In this event, “Foods Net Fukushima (http://foods-net.com/
)” produced in Koriyama City: fresh black jellyfish, dried black jellyfish, and dried white jellyfish. Eight stores in Shibuya Stream will each arrange and offer three types of jellyfish: fresh black jellyfish, dried black jellyfish, and dried white jellyfish. Approximately 90% of the ear ear mushrooms currently distributed in Japan are imported*, and raw ear ear mushrooms are especially rare as only domestically produced ones are distributed.

In addition, Foods Net Fukushima has been engaged in research and development of stable ear ear mushroom production since 2009, and is a pioneering company that has succeeded in cultivating fungus beds in containers that are unaffected by weather conditions. Based in Fukushima, we will continue to contribute to the stable supply and expansion of domestically produced wood ear mushrooms.
