*Founded in 1920. A healing inn created by the nature of Akita* On July 1, 2024, the directly managed facility “Kashintei Shirahama” (Semboku City, Akita Prefecture) of Njoshojuku Co., Ltd. (Head office location: Toshima-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Daiko Miyake) will celebrate its 100th anniversary. I would like to inform you about this. Please note that management by our landlady school will begin on October 4, 2023.

“Kashintei Shirahama” celebrates its 100th anniversary
Kashintei Shirahama is an inn located on the shores of Lake Tazawa that reflects the colors of the four seasons, including fresh greenery, autumn leaves, and snowy scenery.
We offer hospitality that is truly Akita-like, with interiors made of Akita cedar, lighting and sliding doors made of Akita bamboo, and interior design using techniques from Akita’s traditional craft, Magewappa, as well as dishes packed with Akita deliciousness. We have provided it.

100th anniversary project 1. Using yeast from 100 years ago “Hideyoshi Junmai Ginjo No. 1 yeast preparation”
Starting today, July 1, 2024, in honor of our 100th anniversary, we will be selling Hideyoshi Junmai Ginjo, which uses yeast from 100 years ago.
“Ichigo Yeast Preparation” will be served Mokkiri-style to guests staying at the hotel during dinner in the private dining room for 100 yen (tax included) per cup. We will end the offer as soon as the number we have available is exhausted.

In addition, in this project, “Hideyoshi Junmai Ginjo”
Proceeds from sales of “Ichigo Yeast Preparation” will be donated to support beach cleaning activities aimed at preserving the landscape of Lake Tazawa, which stretches out in front of “Kashintei Shirahama.” “Hideyoshi Junmai Ginjo No. 1 Yeast Preparation”

100th anniversary project 2. “Hideyoshi Junmai Ginjo” original mini bottle gift From July 15, 2024, we will be giving away one original mini bottle of Hideyoshi Junmai Ginjo from Kashintei Shirahama per room to our guests.
Please note that although the sake is from the same brewery, it will be different from the alcohol in Plan 1.
This offer will also end as soon as we run out of supplies.
