Recruitment of students for Jitaru Work Girls Project in Tochigi begins ……
MAIA Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Yuka Tsukita, hereinafter “MAIA”) develops female digital human resources and supports digitalization of companies and local governments nationwide in order to create an environment where women can work in their own way. ) has been entrusted with the “Women’s Digital Work Sharing Model Project” conducted by Tochigi Prefecture, and in order to promote the development of female human resources who are active in the digital field in Tochigi Prefecture and the realization of diverse work styles. We will be holding a “Ku Girls Project”. We would like to inform you that we have started recruiting students.

Through e-learning provided by MAIA, we provide opportunities to acquire a wide range of business knowledge centered on sales management and accounting management as well as basic SAP skills. In addition, we offer a wide range of curriculum that goes beyond IT, such as training on mindset and business skills that are important when approaching work, and training on money to reconsider your own values.
After completing the course, while reducing concerns about women’s abilities and experience, they will be able to work at any time or place, including work-sharing type work that utilizes IT skills, and more flexible and high-paying work through job placement. We aim to get you to work.
Tochigi Working Girls Project Recruitment Guidelines
(1) Recruitment period: July 1, 2024 (Monday) – September 1, 2024 (Sunday) (2) Learning curriculum
1. Business skills program (approx. 29 hours)
·Group training
・Business basics
・Self-improvement (mindset)
・IT basics
・Telework basics
2.IT skills program
・Business knowledge + SAP basic course…about 140 hours
(3) Recruitment capacity: 30 people
(4) Application conditions
・Women over 18 years old residing in Tochigi Prefecture
・Those who wish to work in a variety of ways and are willing to work ・Those who can prepare the recommended learning environment
(6) Course period: October 1, 2024 (Tuesday) to February 10, 2025 (Monday) (approximately 4 months)
(7) Tuition fee: 88,000 yen (tax included)
(8) Others: Those who participate in the project are required to cooperate with surveys after the course.
In conjunction with this recruitment, we will hold an information session for those interested in taking the course on the following dates.
