This project is a mixed-use redevelopment project that is directly connected to the north exit pedestrian deck of JR Mito Station and consists of a 20-story residential/commercial building with 184 units, a 4-story office/commercial building, and a parking building. The name of the block was decided to be “Common Square Mito” in order to create new encounters for everyone involved in Mito. The floor connected to the pedestrian deck was designed to allow for the quickest access to Kodokan, Mito’s proud historical heritage, taking into consideration the flow of people from the station.
