■Mr. Hiroshi Hasegawa [Biography]
Graduated from St. Marianna University School of Medicine in 1995 and entered the University’s Department of Neuropsychiatry.
Since 2003, he has been working as the chief medical director of the psychiatry department at Toyoko University Hospital. Opened Hasegawa Clinic in 2006.
Designated mental health physician, Japanese Geriatric Psychiatry Specialist, Japanese Society of Psychiatry and Neurology Specialist. Part-time lecturer at St. Marianna University School of Medicine, part-time lecturer at Tokyo Medical Gakuin University, and vice president of the Kanagawa Prefecture Psychiatric and Neurological Clinic Association.
His books include “Easy to Understand Dementia and Depression in the Elderly” (co-authored with his father, Kazuo Hasegawa: Chuo Hoki), and “Dementia Care Management”.
“Points of support that can be put into practice right away” (co-authored with Susumu Ishikawa, Chuo Hoki) and “50 things you should know from age 60 to know that you have depression and not dementia” (Tokuma Shoten).

The Japan Dementia Prevention Association, a general incorporated association, promotes dementia prevention by training MCI specialists (dementia prevention experts) and holding dementia prevention seminars in response to the increasing number of dementia cases in a
