Regarding the utilization of the site of the current headquarters, the basic concept behind the utilization is to create a “lifestyle” business base that meets the needs of diverse work styles and coexists with the environment and local community. Aiming to create an environment in which work and life are intertwined by taking advantage of the benefits of a mixed environment, we will begin full-scale consideration of an integrated redevelopment project with the adjacent Iizuka Shinkin Bank Fukuoka branch site. In other words, our main business is to provide more comfortable spaces by circulating electricity, air, and water. By embodying this technological strength, we will contribute to the creation of a vibrant and attractive town. ■Image of urban development The Kyudenko Group, which continues to challenge the future with its technological capabilities, uses SMART building technologies such as IoT and AI to connect the environment, technology, and people, solving problems faced by offices and local communities, and connecting through technology. Beyond that, we will create a new sustainable and comfortable lifestyle.
