[Chiba Umisato Line Council] Let’s enjoy summer at the waterside of Umisato! *~Turning the entire river area from Tokyo Bay to Inba Marsh into a 30km long “play area”~ (Chiba City, Sakura City, Yachiyo City)*

“Chiba Umisato Line (commonly known as Umisato)” is a branding activity in which the private sector and government collaborate to communicate attractive initiatives that allow you to experience the four seasons in the Hanamigawa and Shinkawa river basins that connect Tokyo Bay to Inba-numa. The project established a public-private partnership council on April 1, 2020 in order to make its activities sustainable.

We have created a leaflet summarizing summer events to be held in the Sea Sea Area under the theme of “Summer in the Sea Sea is full of fun!” Please take a look at the websites and public facilities of the three cities.
Chiba City “Hanami River Umisato Kayak”
Sakura City “Sakura Fireworks Festa”
Yachiyo City “Roadside Station Yachiyoto Shinkawa”

There are lots of events that let you experience summer with the sea, such as fireworks displays that light up the summer night sky, kayaking experiences where you can enjoy the cool waterside, cardboard raft CUP, and paddling competitions, so be sure to check them out. Additionally, we would like to inform you that we have completed the Umisato limited label beer as the first Umisato brand product. In the future, it will appear at Umisato bases and other locations, so please come and try it out.
