The Westin Hotel Tokyo (Meguro-ku, Tokyo, General Manager Charles Jacques), an urban wellness hotel that will celebrate its 30th anniversary in October 2024, will be open from July 1st (Monday) to September 30th (Monday), 2024. For a limited time, Cantonese cuisine “Long Tianmen” will be offering a “Summer Energy Course” for dinner, which is gentle on the body during the hot summer.

In addition to the “Fresh Fish in Sweet and Sour Sauce,” which is fresh fish directly delivered from Miura Fishing Port deep-fried and served with a refreshing special sweet and sour sauce, there is also a moist fish collagen soup, and seasonal scallops finished with a special Hong Kong fish sauce and garlic sauce. From single dishes to appetizers, main dishes, and desserts, we have prepared a selection of dishes that will warm your body and keep you balanced.
Additionally, three types of cold noodle menus will be available at lunchtime during the same period. This is a limited-time Cantonese cuisine prepared by our chef in time for the summer season.

In addition to Lung Tianmen’s special pottery, we have a refreshing selection of jellyfish in lemon bean sauce, and winter melon pickled in mint, an essential summer ingredient in Hong Kong.

A gentle soup full of moisture and fish collagen, which is said to absorb body heat. This dish is slowly cooked in a pot with demon lotus fruit, which is said to be good for relieving fatigue and improving health.

At Longtianmen, a Cantonese restaurant that offers creative dishes that fully express the essence of Cantonese cuisine, you can enjoy cold noodles available only in the summer.
