Hot summer is the time when you want to drink cold draft beer. At San’in Yumura Onsen’s Yusen no Yado Yuamu, we serve creative kaiseki dishes that are good for the body, using a wealth of San’in local ingredients, as well as special “barrel drafts” poured by a beer pourer certified by the Asahi Beer Kobe General Branch in the hot summer. We have prepared a limited time plan where you can enjoy Takumi beer.
Along with the delicate foam and sharp beer, you can enjoy a Kaiseki dinner with local Tajima beef grilled on a ceramic plate at the newly opened restaurant “Oriori” in 2023.

“Kegura no Takumi” is Asahi Beer Kobe General Branch’s unique qualification for beer pourers. For a limited time only, draft beer will be available at dinner time, poured by professional staff who have passed training and examinations from Asahi Beer Kobe General Branch to ensure the highest quality. “Kegura no Takumi” draft beer has a thorough cleaning of the beer circuit and gas pressure adjustment, allowing you to enjoy delicate foam and a sharp beer taste.
*Due to the time required for delivery, we do not sell “Kegura no Takumi” draft beer on busy days.
*Since it is poured by professional staff who have mastered the craftsmanship of draft beer, it may take some time before it is served.

The draft beer poured by the “barrel craftsmen” is prepared in compliance with three principles of barrel draft quality management and two principles of provision.

-Thorough provision management-
・You will pass the qualification by undergoing training and clearing a test with 40 strict check items.
・The “Barrel Craftsmanship” certification is a strict qualification that must be renewed every year.
・If any deficiencies are found in the exam, you will be required to retake the exam (one time only) or your qualification will be returned. If you fail the re-examination, your qualification will be returned.

The open-air restaurant “Oriori” has a “hegiori” (folding) motif in its entrance counter, walls, and chairs. It has a modern Japanese design that combines Japanese relaxation and Western comfort. You can also enjoy designs with motifs of “weaving” and “folding” throughout.

An open kitchen has been placed in the passageway leading from the restaurant entrance to the seating area, allowing guests to enjoy a lively cooking scene, allowing guests to approach the seating area while feeling the vibrancy of the cooking scene.

Tajima beef is a brand of Japanese black beef from the Tajima area in northern Hyogo Prefecture that has been bred in Hyogo Prefecture and has been avoiding cross-breeding with cattle from other prefectures to protect its bloodline for many years. It has little subcutaneous fat and high-quality muscle fibers, and is characterized by its lean and fatty taste.
You can enjoy local brand Tajima beef grilled to your preference on a fragrant ceramic plate.
